great location helpful staff fine hotel
the location was GREAT for restaurants! the staff was really helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in person. the hotel itself was fine and well located in town, what a treat.
the wi-fi was a bit slow sometimes.

main restaurants short drive friendly staff
The hotel is near many restaurants! it is a short drive to the cenotes. the beach is only fifteen minutes away. i could visit a different beach club each day. It was more affordable than staying right on the beach. the staff was very nice.
the room was a bit small. the provided towels felt old. i needed to ask for service at the pool bar, instead of someone coming to me.

the front desk was ready to help. they helped set up taxis. they also made reservations and provided ideas for activities, i appreciated their attention.

breakfast was included daily. the eggs were seasoned well, and the fruit tasted fresh. the menu included a good choice of burgers. it's a good choice if you are stuck inside during a rainy day.
